With a solid background in appraisals, our founder, Lyn, is dedicated to making this process a stress-free and easy-to-understand process for each customer. After working for two appraisal companies, she discovered that most of the time, people didn’t understand anything that was happening, and she decided to change that.
Under her leadership, our company doesn’t leave any unanswered questions during the appraisal, FHA, HUD, or lending process. We always talk to our clients and explain things in simpler terms.
